These terms apply when you install or use tuBEAT. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app. The app is published by Kurtsoft Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş., Antalya, Türkiye.
tuBEAT is a media player. It plays audio and video files that are already stored on your device. It is not a streaming service, a music store or a download tool: it provides no catalogue, and it does not fetch, host or distribute media content of any kind.
tuBEAT is free. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no advertising. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
The app has no sign-up and no login. Your settings, playlists and listening history live on your own device. We hold no account for you and therefore cannot lock you out of one.
tuBEAT plays your files. You are responsible for having the right to hold and play the media you open with it, and for how you use anything you export from it — for example a shared music card. Nothing in the app grants you any right to content you do not already have, and we claim no ownership over your files: they stay on your device and remain entirely yours.
Do not use the app to infringe anyone's rights, and do not attempt to modify, decompile or redistribute it except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
Some features rely on services we do not operate: online lookups for lyrics and cover art, Google Firebase for crash reporting and analytics, and Google Cast for playing to a Cast device. Those services have their own terms, and we cannot guarantee their availability. If one of them is down, playback of your own files continues to work. What each of them receives is described in the privacy policy.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app, and we may release updates that add, alter or remove features. If a change affects what data leaves your phone, the privacy policy is updated and published before the new version ships.
tuBEAT is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that playback will be uninterrupted or error-free on every device, format or Android version.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app, including loss of data. Keep your own backups of your media and playlists. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Antalya have jurisdiction — without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live.
