1. Acceptance

By installing or using Booster ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play's terms.

3. Hearing safety — important

Booster can raise audio above the level your device normally allows. Listening at high volume — especially with headphones and for long periods — can cause permanent hearing damage. The App shows warnings at high boost levels, but you are solely responsible for the volume you choose. Reduce the level immediately if you experience discomfort, ringing, or muffled hearing.

4. Device and audio behavior

The App uses Android's built-in audio effect APIs. Actual loudness, sound quality and effect availability depend on your device model, speaker/headphones and Android version. Some devices restrict system-wide audio effects; the App detects and reports this where possible. Excessively loud playback may also stress small speakers — use reasonable levels.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App, and not to use it in any unlawful way, including violating noise regulations applicable in your location.

6. Subscriptions

If an optional Booster Pro subscription is offered, prices and terms are shown before purchase. Payments, renewals and cancellations are handled by Google Play; you can cancel any time in the Play Store subscription settings. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kurtsoft Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including hearing damage resulting from your chosen listening levels or damage to audio hardware — arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms; the current version is always published at this address. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts of Antalya, Türkiye are competent to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law.
