Deleting your data

SoundLift has no accounts and no sign-up, so there is no profile to delete. Here is exactly where your data lives and how to remove it.

The quickest route. Uninstalling SoundLift permanently deletes everything the app stored on your phone: your boost levels, equalizer settings, saved sound profiles, per-device memory, your Sound Check profile and your Safe Score history. None of it exists anywhere else.

Delete everything stored on your device

Open Android Settings → Apps → SoundLift.
Tap Storage & cache → Clear storage to wipe all app data while keeping the app, or
Tap Uninstall to remove the app and all of its data at once.

Request deletion of analytics, crash and subscription records

Beyond your device, a limited set of pseudonymous records may exist with our service providers: anonymous usage statistics and crash reports (Firebase), advertising identifiers (Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX) and your subscription status (RevenueCat, Google Play Billing). None of these contain your name, email or any audio.

To have them deleted, send an email to support@kurtsoft.com.tr with the subject "SoundLift data deletion request" and include:

The approximate date you installed the app and your device model — this helps us locate the records.
If you have a subscription: the Google Play order number from your purchase receipt.

We confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, invoicing and tax records for a purchase) are retained for the period the law requires and then deleted.

What deleting does not affect

Your subscription. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Your Google account. We have no access to it and cannot change anything there.

Reset your advertising ID

You can reset or remove the advertising identifier used for ads at any time, without contacting us: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
