Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use SoundLift, an Android app published by Kurtsoft Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

1. What SoundLift does

SoundLift processes audio playing on your device: it can raise the volume beyond the system limit, apply equalization and other effects, and adjust those settings automatically. It works with the audio your device is already playing; it does not download, copy or distribute any content.

2. Free and Pro

Core features — boost including MAX, the 12-band equalizer, presets and the preset creator — are free. A SoundLift Pro subscription unlocks Adaptive AI, your Sound Check results, the weekly Safe Score panel, and removes ads.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• If a free trial is offered, cancelling before it ends means you are not charged.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. We are happy to help you with a request, but we cannot process refunds ourselves.

3. Listening safely

SoundLift can make sound much louder than your device normally allows. Loud listening for long periods can damage hearing, and driving small speakers hard for a long time can strain them.

• Increase the level gradually and take breaks.
• If you hear distortion or crackling, lower the level.
• Use the Safe Score and the optional auto step-down feature — they exist to help you.

You are responsible for the volume you choose. SoundLift is a tool; how loud you run it is your decision.

4. Device support

Audio capabilities differ between Android devices. SoundLift detects what your device supports and adapts — on some hardware certain features (such as the full 12-band equalizer, channel balance or the AI's spectrum analysis) may be unavailable. We show this honestly in the app rather than pretending a feature works.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, attempt to bypass its paid features, or use it in a way that breaks the law where you live.

6. Intellectual property

SoundLift, its name, logo, design and code belong to Kurtsoft Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. Using the app does not transfer any of those rights to you.

7. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it stable and safe, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free on every device. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date, and continuing to use the app means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply to you.
